Overview

We have unparalleled understanding as to data protection and information security in the whole Middle East. Businesses regularly call upon us to coordinate data privacy compliance assignments for the whole Middle East region.

We assist clients on data protection assignments for UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan. Our staff is able to represent clients before the Courts in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Our lead staff for this practice area, Mr. Faisal Daudpota, who is the Senior Partner in our firm, is also a member of International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Mr. Daudpota is also the co-author to the UAE focused chapter for ‘Global Privacy and Security Law’ (Aspen Publishers), a two volume treatise that analyzes the privacy and data protection laws, usages, and trends of more than 60 countries.
