Muhammad Hadi Rehman is a Senior Associate at Daudpota International, and his practice mainly focuses on Pakistan and the Middle East and Northern Africa (MENA) region.

Mr. Rehman’s practice covers litigation and dispute matters relating to Admiralty and Maritime, Intellectual Property, Customs, Data Protection and Debt Recovery.

Mr. Rehman also advises clients with regards to Corporate Structuring, Company Formation, Shareholder Disputes, Trademark and Copyrights disputes. He has advised a number of clients as to compliance and legal issues in relation to E-Commerce and Data Protection in the Middle East and North Africa.

Mr. Rehman has advised and represented a number of clients as to compliance and legal issues in relation to the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). He has also advised and represented select clients on Customs law related to border enforcement matters.

Mr. Rehman has also co-authored articles related to Data Protection in the Middle East.
